No consulting contracts are entered into and no access to third-party systems is granted.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code) when purchasing digital content (PDF). For a downloaded PDF, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB once the download has started; the buyer is explicitly informed of this before purchase and must actively consent to this exclusion.

Conclusion and language of the contract

The presentation of products on this site does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email. The language of the contract is German (the invoice and confirmation are issued in English for English-language purchases, but the underlying contract terms follow German law).
